Light yellow color. Typical nose of Riesling with intense notions of citrus, pineapple and peach, accompanied by subtler impressions of pear and white blossom. Dry and tight character that permeates in the impressive aftertaste (this is not an "petrol" style as said in the Alsace).
Seafood, sushi, white meat and poultry, grilled fish and of course the traditional choucroute.
